For Bulky itme such as Sofa and Bed: Delivery fee for non-lift accessible floors: Do take note that there is a charge of $30 per item per non-lift accessible floor will be collected upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette. BLMG will give you a notice before delivery.
